Water propulsion, the Wisdom mission, and the question that surprised us at SmallSat 2026. Rocket propellants are supposed to be exotic. Hydrazine. Xenon. Compounds with safety data sheets longer than the mission plan. So when we tell engineers that Aurora’s…
Three days. 21 qualified conversations. One clear signal — propulsion is no longer a late-stage line item, but a day-one design decision for commercial and defence operators alike. Espoo / Amsterdam — Aurora Propulsion Technologies closed three days at SmallSat…
Aurora Propulsion 2025: First Flight, €1M Revenue
2025 was Aurora's year of proof: first commercial propulsion system delivered in 4 months, flown in orbit, €1M revenue. The full year-in-review.
Last week at the Nordic Space & Defence Summit in Stockholm, the conversation definitively moved past satellite surveillance. The theoretical phase is over. Space defense is now purely operational, and we have entered the era of Active Space. The mandate…
The LOI initiates structured cooperation discussions on propulsion and debris-mitigation solutions for European orbital platforms. Aurora Propulsion Technologies has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with OHB System AG, one of Europe’s leading space system integrators, to initiate cooperation discussions on…
How Aurora Propulsion Technologies and C3S are validating the future of autonomous collision avoidance. The industry is no longer asking if we need autonomous maneuverability. It is asking how soon it can be deployed. Last month, the space sector gathered in Espoo for the Winter…
