We’re pleased to welcome Aziza Ibrayeva as our Chief Commercial Officer (consulting role).
Aziza brings over a decade of international experience in sales and business development, including guiding space and defense companies from early technology to market adoption. She has a proven track record of bridging innovation with customer needs in highly competitive global markets.
At Aurora, Aziza will focus on:
🟦 Positioning our ARM thruster systems as the standard for agile maneuverability in small satellites.
🟦 Driving adoption of Plasma Brake deorbiting devices with satellite bus manufacturers, constellation operators, and system integrators.
🟦 Expanding into defense and security applications where resilience, agility, and compliance are mission-critical.
🟦 Supporting Aurora’s scaling journey from R&D to production-ready propulsion solutions.
